The link between mental health and physical health is an ultimate connection. With Mindset being one of our three focuses here at StrengthRx, we have partnered with Mindful Performance Therapy (MPT) to ensure our clients have access to all the tools they need to be healthy, both body and mind. Their office is located inside the StrengthRx Traverse City location.

MPT has created an evidence-based program that incorporates physical fitness as a coping skill for at-risk youth, as well as for emotionally and mentally struggling children and teens. This 8 week program combines both psychotherapy and physical exercise as a therapeutic technique to release negative emotion(s) healthily.

To schedule a session, call (989) 402-2760 or email mindfulperformancetherapy@gmail.com.

Diana is also the founder of the Future Fittest on the 45th program, which incorporates the use of physical fitness alongside therapy as a coping skill for at risk youth in Northern Michigan.
