Introduction Welcome to StrengthRx. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our gym in Traverse City, Michigan, and any related services. You agree to comply with these Terms by accessing or using our services.
Enclosed is a copy of the boilerplate terms of service covering minimum requirements from the carriers. Welcome to the StrengthRX gym, Sales & Service Alerts. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our messaging program. By opting into our services, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description: By opting into the StrengthRX gym Sales & Service Alerts, users can expect periodic messages about exclusive promotions, special offers, and updates on our products or services. Messages may also include important service notifications or reminders related to your account or purchases. Message frequency varies based on available promotions and updates.
Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Assistance: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or contact info@strengthrx.com Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and us from you. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.

Membership and Fees Membership: Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. You must provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process.
Fees: Membership fees are due monthly and must be paid on time. We reserve the right to change fees with prior notice.
Use of Facilities Access: Upon arrival, members must check in at the front desk. Only members and authorized guests may use the facilities. Conduct: Members must adhere to all posted rules and staff instructions. Misconduct, including inappropriate behavior or misuse of equipment, may result in termination of membership without a refund.
Health and Safety: Members must disclose any health conditions that may affect their use of the facilities. Use of facilities is at your own risk. Personal Training and Classes Booking: Personal training sessions and classes must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Conduct: Trainers and instructors are to be respected. Any concerns should be reported to management. Liability Waiver: By using our facilities, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. You agree to release StrengthRx from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the facilities.
Property: StrengthRx is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use lockers to secure your belongings. Privacy Personal Information: We collect and use your personal information under our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use. Termination Termination by Member: You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice.
Termination by StrengthRx: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership for violations of these Terms or any other reason at our discretion. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting them on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in Michigan's state or federal courts.
